If you collect vintage De Carlini ornaments, you will recognize this style from the “good old days”.

Since each piece is individually mouth-blown, there is never a mold that can wear out from use.

All artistry and technique come from the individual blower. Then, it is passed along to a facility for silvering the interior of the glass. Silvering gives the glass its sheen and glow. Next, the figure goes for its basic paint, afterward to an artist to add the finer features, and then to costumers. How else would Santa have such a fluffy beard and mustache? He has his own team!
