Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Since this HeartfullyYours™ pre-order is a request to reserve a specific product for you, we can not offer the courtesy of canceling an order once you have placed it.

Please note that Celebrate365 LLC was required to pay in advance to reserve this product. Doing so promised that we would be among the first retailers to receive shipments during this debut year.

This pre-order ensures that you will not miss out on receiving a product which has limited availability

Payment for the product is due at the time of the order. The delivery date is an "evolving" estimate and has already been extended several times since January. Small European workshops are handcrafting the HeartfullyYours™ products. Global disruptions may interrupt production and/or shipping/transportation to the United States. Such events or situations are beyond our control.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee a product you pre-order will arrive by an estimated date.

However, if, in this debut year, the item for which you have pre-paid is NOT produced, we WILL refund your payment for that item in full.
