Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Since this HeARTfully Yours™ pre-order is a request to reserve a specific product for you, we cannot offer the courtesy of canceling an order once you have placed it. This stipulation is a part of our contract terms with the provider, HeaARTfully Yours™.

Payment for the product is due at the time of the order. You may use the PayPal "Pay in Four" plan to create your personal "lay-away" plan.

The current import date of the ornaments to the US is August. HeARTfully Yours™ contracts with small European workshops to produce the sample products that we ordered in January. After each ornament is blown in glass, each pieces is hand painted and decorated individually, one-by-one. The ornaments are meticulously created. They are not mass produced.

Global disruptions may interrupt production and/or shipping/transportation to the United States. Such events or situations are beyond our control.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee a product you pre-order will arrive by an estimated date.

However, if the item for which you have pre-paid is NOT produced, we WILL refund your payment for that item in full or issue a store credit in the amount of that item.
