This is a smaller version of the full-sized finial, measuring about 9.5” high. He is a 3 “ball” figure with 2 black glitter buttons, a red felt scarf, green earmuffs and gloves. He wears a traditional “stove pipe” black felt hat with a green band and holly sprig.
