Shipping Charges and Insurance

Shipping charges are based upon product weight and the customer’s selection of shipping method and insurance. USPS seems offer the best rate for boxes under two (2) pounds and they now include $25 of insurance with Priority Mail service.

As of this date, FedEx usually has the best rate for regular sized boxes over two (2) pounds … especially when shipping to a business address, if you have one. Please bear in mind that FedEx will NOT ship to PO Box addresses. They also include insurance for the first $50 of valuation.

Our site's new shipping module provides the customer with multiple shipping rates and delivery time options. We think that customers should be able to select a service that best meets their needs.

If you live outside of the United States, we also have shipping options that should suit your needs. Please bear in mind that rates for shipments outside of the US are quite costly.

Celebrate365 does not charge a handling fee nor do we charge for shipping and packing materials.

Damaged in Shipment

If something in your shipment arrived damaged or broken, please SAVE the box and all packing materials. Contact connie@celebrate365.com or phone 937-773-3929 to report the damage immediately. Celebrate365 will begin the claim process for you, if you wish. As soon as the shipper approves the claim, you will receive a refund or replacement, if available.

PLEASE NOTE: If you did not insure the order, then Celebrate365 will not be able to assist you since no claim can be filed for the damage.

Please be assured that we pack, wrap and box very carefully!

Lost in Shipping

Most shipping options that you purchase include tracking numbers sent to your email address. This enables you to see its progress as it travels to your home or business. Sometimes shipments are delayed due to weather emergencies. But, if you think that your package has been lost, mis-delivered or stolen, please contact the shipper. We are happy to assist if we can. We do retain records of shipment dates and tracking numbers.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase!

If it is not what you expected or hoped for, you may return it within 14 days of the original purchase date. Celebrate365 will send you a full refund minus shipping charges.

We will also gladly exchange the merchandise for anything on our web site of equal or lesser value.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
